Ordering & personalisation

Can I add a name and number to my shirt?

Yes, and it is completely free. On any product page you can add a name and squad number, and choose from the available patches, before adding the shirt to your basket. There is no extra charge for any of it.

Can personalised shirts be returned?

No. Shirts with a name, number or patch are made specifically to your instructions, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. Please check your spelling, number and size carefully before ordering.

Are your shirts official club merchandise?

No. Our shirts are high-quality reproductions of classic kits. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any football club, national association or sportswear manufacturer, and any club or competition names are used only to describe the design of the shirt.

What are the shirts made from?

Our kits are made from lightweight breathable polyester with printed or embroidered detailing depending on the design, in the style of the original strip.

Do you sell children's sizes?

Not currently. All of our shirts are adult sizes S to XXL. See our size guide for full measurements.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Between 7 and 31 working days in total: 1–5 working days to process your order, then 6–26 working days in transit. The range depends on your destination and the product. Full detail is on our delivery page.

What if my order does not arrive in time?

Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make sure you receive your order.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched. Long international routes sometimes go quiet for a few days between scans — that is usually normal, but ask us if you are unsure.

Will I pay customs charges?

Orders travelling internationally may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Sizing & returns

Which size should I order?

Retro kits from the 1980s and 1990s were cut looser than modern shirts. Order your usual size for the authentic period look, or one size down for a closer modern fit. Our size guide has measurements in centimetres.

Can I return a shirt?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return on non-personalised products in their original, unused condition with packaging and tags intact. See our returns policy.

My shirt arrived damaged. What now?

Contact us with a photograph of the fault and we will put it right — including personalised items.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.

Which currency will I be charged in?

UK customers are charged in pounds sterling. If you are shopping from elsewhere, prices are shown in your local currency where we support it.
