Delivery

Delivery is free on every order — no minimum spend, wherever you are.

How long delivery takes

Total delivery time is 7 to 31 working days, depending on your destination and the type of product. That figure is made up of two stages:

Stage	Time
Order processing	1–5 working days from the moment your order is confirmed
Transit	6–26 working days once the parcel has been dispatched
Total	7–31 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Why the range is wide

Our shirts are made and shipped from our supply partners, which is what keeps the prices where they are. Delays can also come from customs clearance or third-party couriers, which sit outside our control. We would rather quote you an honest range than a delivery date we cannot keep.

Our delivery guarantee

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you receive your order. You are not left chasing a parcel on your own.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched. If tracking has not updated for a while during transit, that is usually normal on longer international routes — but get in touch if you are unsure and we will check it for you.

Customs and import charges

Orders travelling internationally may be subject to import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address?

If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, contact us straight away. We can usually correct it while your order is still being processed.
